  29.                   DOWN ARROW    Move cursor down one entry.
  30.                     UP ARROW    Move cursor up one entry.
  31.                    SPACE BAR    Move cursor down one entry.
  32.                   BACK SPACE    Move cursor up one entry.
  33.                        A - Z    Display page if it has entries.
  34.                    PGUP/PGDN    Display previous/next page.
  35.                    CTRL-PGUP    Move up about eight pages.
  36.                    CTRL-PGDN    Move down about eight pages.
  37.                         HOME    Move to first menu entry.
  38.                          END    Move to last menu entry.

  44.           CLICK = Press left button with mouse pointer on a hot spot.
  45.           CANCEL = Press right mouse button anytime. (same as Esc key)
  46.                 (Most mouse drivers allow you to reverse these buttons)
  47.           Click on any menu entry/command to start that entry/command.
  48.           Click on up/down arrow heads to move the cursor up/down.
  49.           Click on left or right arrow heads to move the page index.
